Refund policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact us at support@decorandfashioniq.shop before sending your item back.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send merchandise back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging when applicable. Proof of purchase is required.
